WRONG LINKS TO CSS AND OTHER FILES

Hi,
When hosting my website http://www.rugbyroosters.com/community/ I got this redundant path to the tachyon template css, javascript and misc files. I have changed the SEF settings to off. Now I can at least access the administrator backend pages but I can't save, apply or close because of bad links.
e.g.
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/community/index.php/community/plugins/system/rokbox/themes/clean/rokbox-style.css" type="text/css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/community/index.php/community/components/com_gantry/css/gantry.css" type="text/css" />
The same site with the same settings works perfectly on my local server. I did the migration using Akeeba and did the installation in a common folder called "community".
I am using Joomla 1.5.22 with PHP 5.x
Just to a know I am using Joomla 1.6 in the root domain http://www.rugbyroosters.com with the same template to be able to compare the 2 versions. I am wondering if this is causing the issue. Any ideas why the server sends back bad link urls? I can check in the PHP code if it is using the correct path but I not sure which PHP files are invoved in the process. BTW, Only the frontpage in both frontend and backend loads (very slowy) with no problem but still with bad infos.

To add more info:
When I click on a link (any articles or components) from the frontpage, here is the url in my browser:
www.rugbyroosters.com/community/index.ph...icle&id=46&Itemid=53
But when the page loads the source code shows wrong urls:

I have faced the same problem in the past too. As i can recall, the problem was in the configuration.php file, but can't remember exactly what was it... I will check it out again and inform you, till then take a look on that file

Maybe the live_site variable in configuration.php? - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
