main menu suddenly cratered

Hello there,
i'm looking to get some help, I'm not sure what has occurred with the site but I have had a host of problems.
Some how the main menu module in the Afterburner template started displaying error code both on the live site and all over the backend. I've been getting these errors....

anyone know what the heck happened, the site was not modified in any way recently, all of a sudden this occurred...

I reinstalled the main menu module and the site functions fine but my backend is full of this error code... don't know how best to go about fixing this... any idea?
I appreciate any help...
