    • Have you tried to disable your Firefox plugins?

It works fine in my Firefox btw.

Hi Prim, thanks for your reply, I really appreciate it as no-one has responded to other posts on this subject (my web designer posted some for me before I did).
I have disabled all my plugins and don't have any add ons. It still doesn't continuously loop the three images on my PC. In fact they don't move at all. My web designer says on his machine (Mac) it moves between the first image and the second image, but not the third.
I know you said it works fine on your Firefox, but I need to know it is consistently working on all Firefox browsers.
I purchased (one year) from Rocket Theme because of the support I thought I'd get from the online community, etc. so really hope you can help me sort this out. the site again is

      Thanks Wendy

    • Hello anyone (and Prim)
I have had a web designer check out my site and they said that the problem is the WordPress theme (Quantive) is not compatible with the latest version of Firefox. It does work with nearly every other browser (Mac & PC) and earlier versions of Firefox, but not the latest version, which many people have.
Can someone from RocketTheme please respond to this?
      Thanks
      Wendy

    • Hi Wendy,

Sorry for the late reply, but for the future please create support topics in the WordPress forums (WP Quantive in your case) otherwise it's very easy to miss them.

All of the themes and Gantry plugin have been updated. My suggestion would be to update Gantry to the latest version (1.17) and update the whole theme and plugins or just the RokStories plugin. This should fix the things for you. All of the newest files can be found in the Quantive download page. There have been changes in the option namings in the RokStories settings so after updating the plugin you might need to resave your RokStories widget.

Please also remember to do a backup before doing updates in case somethings go wrong.

      Thanks,
      Jakub
