    • Dear Moderators,

      Bellow is what I get after I click on the "rt_juxta_j16 - Default Master" at Template Manager: Styles - to configure the template.
      It is a blank page without Juxta Joomla Template Overview and the
      parameter file /templates/rt_juxta_j16/

      Bellow is the response that I just got from the RocketTheme Support:
      "There are a number of reasons this could be happening, one reason could be folder permissions on your server may not be correct. If that is not it, can you please post your question in the forum with a link to your website and our moderators will be happy to answer it. "

      I called my server and I was told that the folder permissions are okay.

      And here is the website name: www.shaaradonai.com - and it is Joomla 1.7.2 version - and the server is BlueHost.

      Please let me know if you need more information in order to take care of this problem.
