Radiance them optimization - hitting kmemsize limit

I recently installed Radiance on a VPS server (Host: Verio.com - VPS Premium). The website averages 25-35 users online during peek usage. I'm not sure if there is a problem with my configuration of the Radiance theme, a memory leak within the theme or one of the joomla extensions I have installed, or if I just have misconfigured the server.
I do have GZIP and Cache enabled. Please let me know what information any of you may need to help me troubleshoot this issue. This is the only website running on the server.
