Distorted template

- So I installed Joomla 2.5 and the momentum template bundle all in one. When I open the page ( www.ruckuspg.ca/v3 ) the page is all distorted. Support suggested that the file and folder permissions were wrong and said I needed to set them to 644 and 755 respectively. I have made the permissions change but the site still comes up looking distorted. What is wrong?

If 644 and 755 doesn't work then please try 646 and 757 instead. It should work

- Sweet that did work. I dug down deeper and checked all the files and folders and some of them were still set to 700. Thanks for your help guys!
