  • Probelm with instalotion Template in Joomla 2.5

    • Could somebody help me what change in Joomla on localhost to properly install Rocket template ?

      During instalation I receive following message :
      Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in C:\xampp\htdocs\Joomla\tmp\install_4f85b85ecfc82\install.script.php on line 164

      Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in C:\xampp\htdocs\Joomla\tmp\install_4f85b85ecfc82\install.script.php on line 234


      Then on top of Joomla appear
      Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in C:\xampp\htdocs\Joomla\plugins\system\rokextender\rokextender.php on line 32

    • This is actually not a real error message but just a warning. Try to set lower level of error reporting in the global configuration

    • Simplest solution to this problem is:
      1.Go to "administrator" window
      2.Under "global configuration" select "server"
      3.In "server settings" set "Error Reporting" to "none" or "simple".
