How to install Bundled Template?

I have Joomla latest version 2.5.6.
If I install the Bundled Template which is a zip file.
Do I need to unzip the file first then install in Joomla 2.5.6?
What is the procedure to install the Bundled template?

- Just install this ZIP file using Installation manager. You don't need to uncompress it first

I installed Joomla 2.5.6.on xampp
But then I found out that I need rocket launcher can I just put the rocket launcher files into a different file ie
My Joomla 2.5.6 files are in C drive a file called xampp/htdocs/joomla256
All the files are in the Joomla 256 file so it does not effect my original joomla install.
Would it be OK not to delete these files but to put the extracted Zip files of the Ximenia Rocketlauncher into a new file ie C Drive/xampp/htdocs/Joomla
This way they would be in a different file but still contained within xampp/htdocs
Will this work?
PS Do I have to do anything to the xampp or will this take care of itself when I install rocket launcher
