HELP! Kirigami website not compatible with IE and Safari
Posted 12 years 2 months ago
Hi there,
I am working on a website using the kirigami template. (
www.happy-solo-orchestra.de
- user:+++& password:***t)
Unfortunately, even with the selectivizr enabled, it is completely messed up on IE and slightly out of bounds on safari. The problem seems to be related to the fact I didn't put the logo on the original position, but integrated it via a custom html on the showcase-a position.
I do not have a clue where to start debugging, let alone - how to!

Hi Henning,
thank you so much for your support.
Where exactely do I have to add the code? I just put it underneath the existing code, but in IE at least it didn't change anything. I have yet to see if it's working properly in Safari. Firefox works perfectly...

Since the template-webkit.css is only for Safari it wont change a thing in IE ...
Not sure if there is a fix in IE9. Have to check that ...
Safari looks good now.

Hello Henning,
have you gotten a reply for that support ticket yet?
I just noticed, that the problem also occurs with the iPhone and iPad!
Actually it's just the logo I'm having trouble with. Do you have any idea how I could implement it differently (currently it's simply a custom html with a picture), or how I could get the module to display correctly?

I just checked again:
I didn't use a custom html, but the optimized campaign module to display the logo. Using a custom html even makes matters worse on my iPhone.
The ROKSPROCKET Module I used for the header pictures isn't displayed properly on my iPhone either...
