Login not working on Cell Phones

Hello,
I have been trying to figure out this login popup with cell phones I've been having. The login pops up on all machines and tablets and works fine (with slight formatting issues on tablets). However, when I try to call up the website on a cell phone, the popup login page gets buried "off-screen" down in the right-hand corner somewhere. If you even know it's there, you can try to scroll down there and get it, but once you zoom in and click on the username or password fields, the modules disappears again. Can you tell me how I can make the login window stationary like it is on a desk/laptop or tablet so people will be able to login to my site? Thanks!

- BTW, do you have better documentation for Tachyon Template specifically? I don't understand all the features and setting options that are shown and I wonder if my settings are incorrect and causing the cell phone login issue. All the videos and documentation I have found are for other templates and do not cover all the settings in Tachyon. Thanks!
