    Front End Blank page

    • Hi to all
      I am getting a blank page with no code produced just at the front page. I have updated joomla to 2.5.16, PHP is 5.3.2... should be OK.

      I have commented famous line 223, changed permissions... I just dont have a clue of whats going wrong. Can anybody gimme a hand!

      blank page = server500 error - check apache error log - most likely is not meeting specs or php memory_limit too low.

      System Requirements:

      Apache 2.x or Microsoft IIS 7
      PHP support for the SQLite PDO driver
      PHP support for the MySQL PDO driver
      MySQL (5.0.4 or higher) with InnoDB support
      PHP support for PDO
      PHP support for GD2
      PHP 5.3.x and above

      Also, if you are running Joomla 3.0, the minimum specs for Joomla 3.0 are found here http://www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=675&t=180131&rb_v=viewtopic - you can safely ignore this link if you are running J2.5.

    • For me, the solution had nothing to do with server settings, rather.... JCEditor.

      I too was getting a blank page when trying to access the template's settings
      (Oculus 1.2, Gantry 4.1.19, Joomla 2.5.16, PHP 5.3.9, MySQL 5.0.96-community, Apache 2.0.64)

      Uninstalling JCEditor (v. 2.3.3.2) fixed it, and the latest JCEditor v 2.3.4.1 seems not to cause the problem.
