    New Install - Missing Tag Manager Completely

    • Just installed Chapelco theme. Updated all extensions and just realized there is no Tag Manager in the menu and no tagging options in the article manager. Tried fixing DB, Discovery, Cache purge etc... Looked in DB and don't see com_tags. Anyone seen this?

      I found this but don't want to do manual DB surgery if I can help it. forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=710&t=803416

    • Upgraded to Joomla 3.2, ran discover and installed Tags. Now I have other issues.
