How to reduce CPU Usage?

HI,
I got a problem with my server about extreme CPU usage.
So they found
rokuserstats and rokadminaudit are on the top of the most active and using a lot CPU.
How to stop them working and remove them from my website?
I check in plugin I can't found them.
Any help will be nice.
