K2 image upload not changing sizes

I can't seem to find the issue, I have 2 sites with 2 different rocketheme templates and they are both giving me the same issue.
I set the image sizes for cateogry at medium or large - but it still comes up very small and the image becomes very blurry.
I cant seem to figure it out.
hope someone can help out.

- Please post a URL to your site so we can look for you. Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

I just realized now that I turned off rokbooster and the cache issue stopped, site loads now just the image resizing has issues - look at the following link
