Google analytics has been working fine up until recently since they launched the newer version that allows you to see more detailed demos such as age of the people visiting the website. Now it will not display this information as it says my tracking code does not have the right line of code added to it. It says that it is receiving data from the website however I do not see the tracking code anywhere in the site. I added a new tracking code to the header.php file and when I run the check on googles website it says I still do not have the code right to display the new information. Can anyone help with this.?
Which template are you using and is it up to date?
Is your version of Gantry up to date?
Hope this helps

Most odd as I can see the code in the javascript. I am a Joomla mod so I will ask one of the WP guys to take a look at this post.
Thanks for your patience

Since the Gantry 4.1.12 update all RT themes are compatible with Universal Analytics.
Have you inserted your script in header.php before updating to Gantry 4.1.12?
If possible, could you change your header.php back to original and let us know if the problem persists.?
Has this issue been resolved? Not meaning to hijack anyone's post but I am still getting the error in Google Analytics as of today that the line of code is still missing from the Analytics tracking code. Our template and Gantry are using the latest versions.
According to Google, "Update your Analytics tracking code to support Display Advertising"
Since the code id is input into the template, there is little we can do to solve this. Or is there?
I believe that the Display Advertising features are not part of the standard Universal Analytics. I've found this guide on how to include this option:
support.google.com/analytics/answer/2444872?hl=en
You could post your FTP details in Secure mode and i could try to implement this on the Analytics Gizmo of Gantry.
