Posted 9 years 8 months ago
    • Hey!

I've just installed Oculus using Rocket Installer.
      But The page seems odd.
It should be like in demo.
But it is like this: www.jokerclubtv.com/jokerclubnew/

      Whats the bug in this.

      Thanks.

    • You have a permissions issue - For permission issues check...

      i) site > system information > directory permissions - are all GREEN (except config.php which should be red)
ii) check folders are 755, files 644 and that owner/group are correct using ftp client
iii) specifically check cache folder and css-compiled folder
iv) check that your are NOT using apachehandler for you hosting and that instead you are using fastCGI/cgi. If you are you need to correct this in cPanel or Plesk or ask your host to change this. Then you'll have to start again afresh.
      v) Use the Joomla Forum Post Assistant to do detailed checks http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860

    • Hmmm, now I've checked.

      1. Please do not post extensions/template specific questions in the "General > configuration & Security" forum. You should post in the extension forum or template forum as appropriate. Most of these forums are for members who have a current PAID membership. Our priority is always to assist paying members.

      Thank you for your understanding.

Your membership appears to have expired? Support requires a current subscription.

      2. I am not a WP moderator. If you had posted in the correct forum another WP moderator would have replied. But I believe the issue is the same - you permissions are incorrect. This is usually because you are using apache2handler rather than cgi/fastcgi and therefore the file and folders have been given an owner/group of apache rather than your ftp account name so check that. But do also check that files are all 644 permission and folder 755 permission.

      Regards, Mark.
