Could you please post a URL to your site (this can be done in the secure area tab if you prefer) so we can look for you. Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.
Make sure you are using latest version of Osmosis template.
Regards, Mark.

the website is only localhost. But I have made screenshots from your original demo-website, how it looks with the 3 browsers Firefox, IE11, Chrome. So you will see, that only Firefox shows correctly.
I tried the demo site with IE11 and IE Edge and it was fine? Are you sure that you have the latest version of the template installed. Are you also sure that your IE Browser is not in "compatibility mode" (which is IE7 which we don't support).

I have the latest version of the template and the my IE 11 is not in compatibility mode. In your original template demo, there is no site included, where one module is in in content-top A and one module is in content-top B for example. So in your demo you cannot see this problem. I have sent 4 Screenshots whre you can see. I have tried this with the latest version of this template.
Have you already tried 2 modules, one in content-top A and one in content-top B.
Content-bottom A and content-bottom B it also not working. Try it.
I've raised a bug ticket about this for our DEVS to investigate.

If you can I would workaround this for now as it may take some time for the DEVS to get around to this.
