I need fixed header and navigation in isotop theme. How can i achive this. Do i need according to this link
gantry.org/blog/fixed-navigation
or this is configurable in the theme.
Second my slider come underneth the header.

Yes you have to follow the guide as this isn't a theme option. I can't comment on your second issue as I can't see your site.

In your [JOOMLA-ROOT]/templates/rt_isotope/custom/scss/custom.scss (<--CLICK this is link) file add this:
