False positives or not

Hi, I'm using an external supplier to help me secure my Joomla websites. Their software performed a deep scan on an online development site yielding the files below (see screendump) as potentially hacked. I personally think these are false positives, but I would like Rockettheme to be aware of these results and hope you will someday be able to prevent such false positives.

I can't tell you from that screenshot.
1. I need to know what has actually been detected in each file on what line number
2. I actually need access to those files to look
