    WP admin-ajax.php?action=roksproc​ket_fe Rocksprocket cards frozen

    • Hi,

      After an update at some point in the last several months, the rocksprocket used on our front page (with theme) is now frozen. It seems to be only that specific style of rocksprocket as others are ok however it's reproducible with the same type and query

      The call that's coming back with the error is here:
      http://<remomved to secure tab>/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=roksprocket_fe
      This is the endpoint being called via a post request and its returning a mixture of HTML and JSON which i think might be the cause as its not pure JSON.

      It's a strips rocksprocket. When I make a new one that is the same layout/configuration it behaves the same way.

      Hoping someone more intimately familiar with the rocksprocket program can take a look.

    • Make sure RokSprocket and Rokcommon are both up to date... they don't update automatically via your Plugins manager, you need to download them from our site and upload/overwrite your current files... always backup first
    • SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT :woohoo:
