    • Hi,

Need help as my Roksprocket showcase is stuck and when I want to edit in the back end, it says :
      invalid json data

I've updated all the extensions and so forth and it still doesn't work.

      Please help!

    • What version of PHP are you running? If you're running PHP 7.0.7+ please downgrade to PHP 7.0.6 or PHP 5.6.23

RokSprocket 2.1.14 (you can watch rockettheme.com/product-updates for it's release) contains a fix for PHP 7.0.7+

      Otherwise please test:

Creating a new RokSprocket with Simple Provider (Strips Layout or whatever Layout you want is fine) and creating few test items and see how it behaves.

Make sure you're filters in RokSprocket are valid... that you're not filtering on a Category you've since deleted or something.
