(newbie) changing width of left modules

Hi,
I can't figure out how to get this done. If you go to my site www.itvmakessense.com , for some reason the left side modules width is much more than the other modules on the site. I want to shrink down the width on all the modules on the left hand side to equal that of the rest of the modules on the site. Please help me, I'm so frustrated. (I know this will be a simple thing for almost everyone, but I new at this).

- Thanks so much! It's interesting, but I did not have that problem when I was using Firefox 2, but as I am looking at it with Firefox 3, it wasn't looking right.
