Unable to run installer

- Im hoping some one please tell me exactly what I need to put into the address bar to run the installer for Populus for joomla 1.5 just brings up error 404 with every combination I have tried launcher has been ftp to root & I my host is siteground, have followed both video & standard tutorial I must be doing something wrong, any ideas.

- I have uninstalled and installed the package twice now i think the problem is accsessing the installer im entering www.mysitename.com/joomla_RT_Populus_j15 in the browser bar is this correct for this template or am i wrong.
