Visual issues....

Hello everyone.
Just developing my first site in Joomla. I've run into a problem where the index page looks visually fine, but then any other page I click to from the menu has lost the visual elements from the templates. This is not specific to one template since I have tried putting the content in different templates and experience the same issues.
Does anyone have any ideas?

It looks like an SEF url issue. Turn off your SEF urls to see if that's indeed what is causing it.
