FTP Layer XML Response Error with RocketLauncher

Hey All,
I'm trying to use the RocketLauncher to install Joomla 1.5 and I can't get past the FTP Layer set up.
I enter the proper information in the form and all I can ever get is the standard XML response error.
This is a dedicated server so there should be no issues whatsoever.
Any suggestions?

Might be a bad upload, check your error log and see if something is missing. You might want to check these threads aswell:
