Rocketlauncher and Fantasitico -- What files to move

Posted 16 years 6 months ago
    • My host, Siteground.com, has the Fantastico installer available that will automatically install Joomla 1.5 and it's database. It carries the added benefit of pre-configuring some security settings that the Rocketlauncher installation does not. My question then is whether it is possible to simply use the host's Fantastico installation to install Joomla (without sample data), and then copy the Rocketlauncher template, configuration and database files to the new server installation. How would this be done and what directories would need to be overwritten?

      Thank you.

    • That sounds like a lot of work and i don't see the point in doing that really...

The RocketLauncher is so easy to use and it only takes 10-15 minutes to have your site up and running.
