Flash upload problem

Hello.
Please, help me, nobody since now cant.
I have problem with Datso gallery, i can only upload one image, from then everytime i try to add another image, throw me back on login page. I read somewhere, that it could be problem with Flash 10 and that we shoud disable flash upload and turn on HTML upload in global settings. In one answer somebody write, that in administration, on global settings down on left side is button to disable flash upload. But I use Joomla 1.013 and in my administration there is not that kind of button. Or anywhere in administration settings.
Now...i m asking you, where in the name of god can I in Joomla 1.013 disable flash upload?
Can someboy tell me? I even look in JCE settings, also nothing for this. Where? What path should I use?
