Sub Section Menu Headings

Hello,
I would like to remove the word "Menu" from the sub-section menu heading.
Example http://www.chandlersford.org.uk/life-and-style/traditional-crafts.html on the left top menu.
Does anyone know if this can be done and how.

In the menu module type the heading you want then set Show Title to either yes or no.

If you just want to remove the word menu, go back to the menu module and delete "menu" in the title. According to the code, the full title is in the heading tag. I made a screenshot but can't seem to attach it here... sorry.
There are two places you can check:
Menus > Menu Manager and
Extentions > Module Manager
Then... make sure to clear your cache... cookies... and the like.
