XP and IE6 margins

Can someone that has XP and IE6 please check
www.sportpolicy.org
to see if the content is pushed down. I have tried browsershots.org and looks fine to me, but my professor at my school says it is still being pushed down. He has XP (64 bit) and IE6. Can't figure out what is going on.
