- I said in my post that I can't view the specific template forums because I am not a subscriber anymore and I don't want to pay $60 right now to get a small technical fix.

The sad fact is, that RocketTheme Joomla Templates are being distributed illegally and that people who get them from those places have the nerve to come here for support. I am certainly not accusing you of doing the same - I can see that you were once a member by your posting history. However, if the team is to stand a snowflake's chance in hell of combating the situation, such decisions need to be made and adhered to.
You are not alone. However, the fact that template-specific help is offered only to Club Members is something which is covered in the Terms of Service. If you aren't in the market for another template, perhaps you can see the support as value-for-money. It would cost you a LOT more than $60 to get me to consult for you for example. - Ragdata's Rubber Duck
