PHP Mailer Issues

I don't even know where to go with this...I've tried everything...
The problem: I get php mailer errors for all but two of my users (the only two email addresses my site will send to are the admins...)
Info you need: All users must register through Community Builder (I had the confirmation email checked "yes" - no one ever received theirs...), I have an automatic email sent through the registration process of EventList (it will not send to the correct address), and I just tried to send a mass mail to all my users - again PHP error - no one received it but my two admins...
I've contacted Event List and I'm heading to Community Builder, but I though I'd drop a line here (we Rocketteers are awfully spoiled...
)
UPDATE: ok, i think i solved my "Mass mail" issues - it was something about my mail settings and having to have my send mail address be on the same server as my host...this may have possibly fixed the other errors, and I didn't get the same Error Message when testing, but I have to see if the person received their emails yet. Will let you know... - When solved, please modify your original post and add (SOLVED) into the subject AND change your icon to the green check. This helps people know they can find a solution in your post if they have the same problem.
