RocketLauncher- Joomla 1.5 "install sample data"

I have just been trying to complete a rocketlauncher insallation of Firenzie on Joomla 1.5. After finally getting files uploaded i got to the installation configuration stage where i was asked "do you wish to install sample data". I clicked yes. Was this a mistake? I now have the site, but it has no content whatsoever. If this is not the reason could there be any other reason for it?
Also, once the installation has been complete is there a way of starting again without removing all the files, uploading and going through installation? I tried removing and adding again the installation folder as well as removing the database from the server and adding it again.

Hello Jon,
With RocketLauncher, If you click "Yes" on "do you wish to install sample data", you should get all the demo contents.
If you want to keep the current contents, you may not use the RocketLauncher. You just need to install the template.

- Well when i clicked on yes "install sample data" i got a message "no sample data was installed" despite uploading all the files from the rocketlauncher. Any ideas?
