Templates will not load.

I've just rebuilt my computer and had to reinstall Joomla! and a localhost. None of the rockettheme templates will load. I receive this error message.
Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package.
I can install an instance and working template using the rocket launcher version. But when I attempt to add another template I receive the same error message.
I've repeated a complete install process a couple of times using the xampp-win32-1.7.0 installer
I need help!

Use in Firefox to download the template as you will face issues with chrome download of the template
Or
You can remove .gz from template file name
tgz.gz - Quick tips::
1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
3) Use in firebug

Thanks for the quick assistance. I removed the .gz and the template installed. In the future, I'll go back to using Firefox.

- Thanks Amandeep! I was settling in for a long session trying to figure out why my templates wouldn't load and expecting I would have to first figure out what an XML file was. Also using Chrome. Removing the .gz worked like a charm.
