I am very surprised: every time I connect to the backend (V1.0.15) I find after few seconds 1 or 2 people connected to the site while obviously my stats leave nothing appear in that regard, and this one is not indexed in any search engine over the web...is there any loophole that allows users injectecting spy code in the backend?

The site will be as secure as the latest Joomla version.
Templates have nothing to do with security.

ok, i' setup the last one 1.0.15 everything is ok on that point. what is strange is to see several persons connected on the website while this one is not rank or indexed in search engines... & eache time i goes in the backend.

Do you have a robot.txt or .htaccess code specifically keeping it from being indexed? If not, there is a good chance it will be found...maybe already...regardless of if nothing is linked to it.
Check for the Jsecure plugin in the topic JEM linked to and also make sure you don't have a front side login form if you don't need one.
Just FYI, Joomla 1.5 is more secure than 1.0.15. Joomla 1.5 is on a different code base allowing for different and sometimes better security features that version 1.0.15 cannot emmulate.
