    • Hello, I've been a member with Rockettheme for about several months but this is the first, actually second time, I asked with help with the error I keep getting about my site:

      Error: 'Topbutton' is null or not an object
      line: 22
      char: 57

      Is this is a common thing for the Hyperion template? And is there a way to ameliorate the problem...I couldn't find a thread for this. If there is a thread with a solution can you be so kind to direct me to it...(I can't find the Hyperion area [like the old forum had])

    • Thank you for the reply Arifin. But it seems that the link you sent doesn't allow me to enter. Is this for paid members? I have been a paid member for Rockettheme for the last 6 months but my subscription expired last month...is this the case? is this why it doesn't allow me to view the thread?

      Yes, that forum only can be accessed if you have active subscription. You may consider to renew your membership

    • Ok. Now what do I do with this file?
      It would be great if someone can tell me what the problem is...This template was purchased. Purchased with a faulty script...if anyone can just email me the answer that would be great. I understand rocket theme needs the cash to keep on developing...I've paid twice...just would like a resolution for the purchase.

      That error seems doesn't happen on all case, it only happens for some case like in your case. So, it's not faulty script like you said.

      Anyway, do you have the file or do you need me to send only that js file?

    • the file is in: rt_hyperion_j15/js/roktop-panel.js

      Do I need the Hyperion 1.0 file...?

      Are there changes to be made at this file? Will you be sending me a revised file?
