Menus Don't Display On Non-Default Articles

Hello,
Compare this: http://beta.jeffwatson.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=12&Itemid=27 to this: http://beta.jeffwatson.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=34&Itemid=59 .
The problem is obvious, but the solution is not. I have gone through all the options in both the menu config and the article configs and made sure everything was the same between the two pages. Is there something blatantly obvious I'm missing? Is this a known issue with a known fix? Is this a known issue with an unknown fix?
EDIT: By the way, since this site had very little content before I switched to a RocketTheme template, and since I was having plenty of trouble getting this RT template to display properly over the existing site (as you can see at http://www.jeffwatson.com/ ), I decided to start with a fresh RocketLauncher installation.

Do you mean the Main Menu at the right side?
Did you publish it too for the "About Jeff" menu item?

I mean the menus on the right, as well as the login menu on top, as well as the newsflashes and whatnot below the header.
I'm not sure what you mean by publish it for the "About Jeff" menu item. How would I do that?

Hello,
For example the mainmenu, go to Extensions >> Module Manager >> Then search in the type mod_mainmenu
Then you will see "Main Menu"
Click on it, and then in the left bottom, you will see "Menu Assignment". Make sure you assign it for "About Jeff" menu
Do the same for the other modules you want to show at "About Jeff" page
