Remove the menulink but keep the menu item

Hi there,
I would like to know if it's possible to remove the menulink but keep the menu item. For example: you mouse over the menu bar and you can not click on the main menu item but you can click on the rest of the folding out menu items. In the new Refraction theme that would mean that you can't click on features but you can click on Rocket Laucher.
Any ideas? I'm kinda lost here.
