Hello,
I reinstalled my webpage joomla using the joomla instalation included in refraction theme, and now some functions are missing when I try to write an article. The main function I need is tables
Is there any extension I should install to get "tables" back?

This is the editor problem in your backend and not related to the refraction template.
Are you using the latest version of Joomla? How about switching to another editor like JCE?

I am using the joomla version, that came with refraction template

Hello,
You may try to install JCE Editor
Download the editor from the site, and then go to Extensions >> Install/Uninstall
There you can install the editor plugin and component. After that go to Site >> Global Configuration, and then choose JCE Editor
