Fatal Error Using Media Manager

Hello,
I am getting the fatal error quoted here when attempting to use the Media Manager, Affinity template, Joomla 1.5, Firefox browser: "Fatal error: Call to a member function authorize() on a non-object in /home2/eilmccco/public_html/ccc/administrator/components/com_media/views/media/tmpl/default.php on line 64"
I am also noticing that there is no "views" folder as indicated in the path of the error. This folder is not existing in the unzipped files from Rocket Launcher.
