Moomenu doesn't work correctly after switching to splitmenu

Hi,
I switched my template from moomenu to splitmenu, just to check how it looks, after this I imidiatly switched back to moomenu and now the smooth fading is not working anymore. the menu just pops up instantly with no movement and fading!
somebody an idea?

maybe this is just a cache issue or something. are you seeing the issue in a certain browser?
do you have a link to your site so we can take a look?
