templatecss with fck editor

When logged in as a publisher on the front end I get the following message within the fck editor window:
Warning: file_get_contents(/templates/rt_chromatophore_j15/css/template_css.css) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/north67/public_html/sargent/plugins/editors/fckeditor.class.php on line 538
I don't see the message appear while logged in as administrator on the back end and open the same article. Is there something I need to configure to make it work?
I'm not sure if this an fck editor issue or compatibility with the template? Any help in resolving is appreciated.
