I've been receiving junk mail from my own site. like the one below

Is there some sort of spam being sent from my site? Please help.

Hello again Alim,
You are probably being sent spam through the use of one of your contact forms. To help prevent this you can try one of the Joomla! extensions with Captcha signature. I use QContact. It is really easy to implement ... and the Captcha graphics are customizable so you can design it to match your site.
