Mnyxx Virtuemart Theme

Hello all,
I think I'm just missing something but I'm stumped. I trying to load the Mynxx Virtuemart Theme. According to the Mynxx Demo Site there is a file vm_mynxx.zip that contains the folder that need to be uploaded. The problem is when I download the theme I get this file vm_mynxx.tgz. Therefor nothing to extract and upload. It looks like a template file so just tried installing the template through Joomla and it did not like that. Let me know. Thanks

Thanks for getting back with me so quickly. OK I uploaded the vm_mynxx.tgz to the folder you specified but I don't think that did it.
I think I'm missing files. When I downloaded the theme from Rockettheme I received a .tgz file not a .zip file. I don't have anything the upload that looks anything like the default folder in Virtuemart.

- fearing that I'm sounding like an idiot, how do you do uncompress a .tgz file?

Winzip, for example, can do it (Actions -> Extract).
