Is there any way to "Install DEMO Content" once Joomla is up

I install joomla too fast and forgot to press the upload content button, when it asked me if I wanted to re-do that page because i forgot it, Joomla went directly to the "remove installation folder" page. I am not very familiar with joomla, so i really need the demo content in there so i can base my site on the existing filler. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

You should start over and run the Rocket Launcher again.
Delete your Joomla files, dump the table in your database, etc...

When doing so, to speed up the process, you should try uploading the zipped RL package and extracting it on the server through your CP; that should save some time. - Thanks,
