SOLVED Database Configuration: Unable to connect to MySQL

My website has been working fine until I set up a database for a client website on the same server (different hosting account though). Now MY home page says 'Database Error: Unable to connect to the database. Could not connect to MySQL.'
At the Cpanel, I went to phpmyadmin and the database says 'no privilages'. Could that be the issue and how do I fix it?

Hmm, are you 2 maybe sharing the same database?

My configuration.php file didn't have a PW on it, so I added it and tried to upload. I said I didn't have permissions.
How can I check the PW and how do I get permissions? Just thought I'd give that a try.

WHEW!!!!!
I fixed it by adding the original admin user and original password to the Database which ended up replacing the one I messed up.
