Moving Template to Another Site

1. I am working with a populus 1.0 on another site. Once it's finished, I'd like to transfer it to another site with all the links, files, etc. - complete. Can you tell me how to do this, and will I have to remove the installation of the old site first?
2. I want to upgrade the 1.0 site to Joomla 1.5. How will this affect the programs, files, etc., already installed (Groupjive)?
3. I finally learned it was Groupjive I needed to create my discussion board, forums, etc., and will be upgrading that as soon as I get the other tasks completed. Would I be able to upgrade the fireboard to Kunena and still maintain the Groupjive relationships, or will it require me to start over again?

1. JoomlaPack may be the solution you are looking for as far as moving a site from server ‘A’ to server ‘B’.
2. This question involves versions 1.0.x and 1.5.x of Joomla and really has noting to do with the templates themselves. You are best off reading, searching, and posting here for migrations.
