sudden restricted access error

Hi,
I upgraded my site to the latest Joomla 1.5.15 because I got a restricted access error: http://www.jenmartin.net . However, this did not fix it. I just got it suddenly and I don't know how to fix it. I have posted this on the Joomla forum but no one has responded. Please advise.

I was able to get to the admin login...
Have you checked the status of your Articles, in particular, the ones that appear on the Frontpage? - Thanks,

Yes, I called my web host and they didn't know what to do either. they said that their settings have not changed.
What do I look for when I login to the admin backend? Yes, the backend is working fine..everything except the site preview.

- They are set to public..the site was working fine on jenmartin.net for months before this happened and then suddenly when my client started using a new version of FileZilla, this occurs. I really don't think that it has anything to do with the FTP client though.
