How to change colour of round, round2, round3 module styles?

Posted 15 years 3 months ago
    • Hi there, I would really like to change the colour of one of the preconfigured modules.

I'm talking about the round, round2, round3, round4 module suffixes to give modules their style...just to clarify.

I tried to edit the r4-div.png file (saw it was referencing this in firebug) in photoshop and illustrator, changed the colour of half of it, and then saved and uploaded it, but the filesize was different, and i'm not sure I've saved it exactly the same as the original. Is this the right way to do it?

Is it actually do-able? If anyone can answer any of these questions, I would be really grateful, as we are finding the various shades of grey coloured div's a little limited (we are a jazzy beauty salon :P )

    • Hello,

This should be posted in the relevant template forum according to the template you are using as I really do not know what template you are referring to.

    • Sorry Mike - I'm using Moxy - I thought that the process itself would be the same on all of your templates? But possibly not. A little more detail - if you go to www.gravamen.co.uk/treatments/spray-tan

The first module on the left named "St Tropez Spray Tanning" currently has a module suffix of "round5"
I'd like to change the look of "round5" to be a purple box, to tie in with the template theme a bit more?

I used firebug to find out the file it was referencing (although I'm now not 100% sure that it's as easy as that) and edited the blue colour to a pink one, saved, re-uploaded....but the module stays the same colour? I'm n ot sure how, as the colour sprite thing no longer exists in the colours it is using...

I hope this makes a bit of sense?

Is it possible to get the thread moved...or shall I repost it?
