  • which extensions need security updates?

    • Hello, I've seen I've made a mistake with the RocketLaunch, I've uploaded the files through ftp and not installed as you advice. Now I have some problems with file permission but cannot undo since I've installed and quite completed my site.
      I would like to know which extensions I have to update for security reason (eg. roknav has apparent no need to update for security reason) so that I try to update only the essentials.
      These are the extensions I have: roknav, roktabs, rokbox, roktwittie, rokgzipper, rokajaxsearch, rokstories, rokquickcart, rokpad,rokcandy.
      If I set permissions to 777 can manage to update them?

    • In my opinion, you need to find a better hosting provider which doesn't have permission problem. CHMOD any stuff to 777 will make your site unsecure. Try to find a hosting which has suphp installed. You will not have any permission problem anymore.
