First time Admin login trouble

I installed the complete installation of Solar Sentinel template. When I go to the admin login screen I am getting error, "Username and password do not match"
I see in the MySQL "Table: jos_users" table 1 record with the attached info. I am using the Username and PW from this to login to admin page. I also see the activation field is blank? Any ideas what is causing this error?

Thanks! I was able to reset the password successfully. But I do see one other item on all my site pages. Below the content in the center section. It repeats this error message...
